'Le Studio' is situated in central France in a region noted for Natural Beauty and ideal for photographic holidays, Wildlife, Historical Architecture, and Great Food and Wine. These varied areas of beauty and interest perfectly complement the study of Photography.
New for 2012 we are adding Holidays in South West Ireland..........anyone interested should contact us for further information.
During your time with us we will take you to one of the internationally renowned local vineyards - not just for a photographic foray but also for a dégustation! (wine tasting) and hopefully a tour of the producer's 'cave'.
We are located in the Vienne area south of the Loire Valley just outside the Market Town of Loudun, close to Saumur, Chinon, the Abbey Royale de Fontevraud, Azay le Ridau and Doué la Fontaine.
Our Photography Holidays in France are individually structured to student ability and are limited to a maximum class of four at any one time.
Accommodation is for 7 nights. The comfortable 3-Star tourist board accredited bedrooms are either in our 15th century farmhouse (en-suite bedrooms and separate sitting room), or in our adjacent but separate 18th century smaller farmhouse. The whole property is surrounded by over two and a half acres of private gardens and courtyard.
Le Studio Photographic is equipped with PCs and Laptops with the latest dedicated software for you to use in-house and on location.
We are also trying to organise course competitions for best shot and most improved plus an annual prize for overall best shot voted for online by all the people who attended the course throughout the year.
